What is CODE LABS?

CODE LABS is AISC’s signature Codathon, where speed, logic, and precision collide. It’s a high-intensity coding challenge where you race against the clock to solve 30 problems in 3 hours—testing your problem-solving prowess, coding efficiency, and accuracy.

AI Student Community (AISC) is a collaborative initiative by the CBSE, the apex body under the Central Government’s Ministry of Education and Intel India.

This is not just a coding contest—it’s a battle of wits, skill, and endurance. 

 

Event Format

  • Duration: 3 hours

  • Platform: Unstop

  • Problems: 30 coding challenges of varying difficulty (Easy, Medium, and Hard).

  • Individual Participation: No teams—this is a solo showdown.

  • Any Language: Code in Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, or any language of your choice.

For 3 adrenaline-fueled hours, you’ll tackle 30 coding problems that test your speed, accuracy, and problem-solving prowess. With the clock ticking, every second counts. The goal?

Solve as many problems as possible—faster and cleaner than your competitors.

Think on your feet—no time for overthinking. You’ll need sharp logic, quick execution, and clear coding strategies.

Judging Criteria

  • Maximize Points, Conquer the Clock
    Each problem is tested with multiple inputs. You earn partial points for every correct output and full points for solving all cases. The coder with the highest cumulative score at the end of 3 hours wins.
